 To help you promote your business or organization, we’ve updated a list of Weston Chamber FAQs:

 Q. A Weston Chamber Newsletter comes out each Friday, how do I get my store/business included?

A. Send photos and a little info about what you have going on – Mondays are preferred - Hannah@WestonWineCompany.com

 

Q. How do I get new photos or information on the Chamber website?

A. Contact Director@westonmo.com and Victoria will train you or retrain you on updating your membership listing on the website. (Be sure to use the “deals” feature).

 

Q. How can I schedule a ribbon-cutting, grand opening or remodel?

A. Contact Director@westonmo.com to schedule your ribbon-cutting if you are a new business, a new owner, or have made significant changes/remodel/additions to your business. We also want to hear from you if you have a big anniversary coming up!

 

Q. How do I volunteer for a committee?

A. Just let us know! We appreciate new input and energy. Come to a meeting on the third Thursday of each month, or email director@westonmo.com.

 

Q. Weston Chamber Gift Cards – how do I participate?

A. If you aren’t already accepting them or just need a refresher, contact director@westonmo.com for a training. It’s a simple process and since moving to online and plastic cards instead of paper certificates – we have seen a large increase in purchases of gift cards.

 

Q. Communication tips

A. Be sure to have more than one contact listed for emails from the Chamber to Members.

Don’t hesitate to tell us whatever you have going on, or copy us on quality photos of products/store sets/promotions. The more knowledge we have, the more we can promote.

 

Q. Calendar Listings, how do I get on the website calendar?

A. It’s easy – just send an email with “for the calendar” as the subject. We’ll get you posted.
