Weston Chamber of Commerce Veteran Banner Project Registration
Limited number. First registrations submitted will be featured first
The new downtown banners will honor Veterans from WWI to date. There will be three displays per year. Each banner will be displayed for two years, then returned to the paying sponsor.
· The month around Memorial Day – Vets from 64098 who have passed
· The month around Veterans Day – Vets from 64098 who are living
· The month around July 4th – Vets from 64098 and then Vets honored by residents of 64098

By submitting, sponsor authorizes use of submitted information and photograph to be used in media. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image or information submitted.
Photos: In-uniform pictures with high quality definition and color will appear best on the banner. Scanned photographs need to be of 300dpi resolution. Digital photographs need to be of high resolution. Printed photographs should be 8x10 with good resolution and no defects. Please put a note on the back of the photo with the Veterans name for tracking purposes. Email highest resolution possible photo of Featured Veteran to: Director@westonmo.com
Biography (optional): You can submit a short biography (250 words or less) of your Veteran. It may include Wars, conflicts or major operations, or major awards (i.e. purple heart). If you have bio info on your Veteran, we will include that on a web page about the banners – please include in the form above.
Medals and Awards can be included on banner when space permits.
Payment of $150.00 check, or register and pay online with credit card.
